Do I really need a 450W Power Supply to use this? I only have a 420W power supply..

no, my dell D520 has a 305W and it works fine!( ohh if you have a dell D520, you will need to remove the CPU cover and take some plastic out of it and put it back or the cooler won’t fit

When running it on full load, put your hands behind the Power Supply’s fan. You’ll notice that it’s too hot, and you’ll also probably burn as well. Don’t expect your PSU to last more than a month before it fries.

u have the Amd athlon 64 +5000? Do you mean the dual core version? The card will run fine w/ that psu. If you only have a single core cpu, it might bottleneck or run a little slower than it should w/ maximum results. So, if you are bottlenecking you won’t loose that many frames, so the card will run very well. And they’re crazy cheap now, you can get one for like $90, is you hunt. Get the msi version. This card basically = 9800gt. And oc’d i got mine to 700mhz core and 1800mhz mem. mine = 4850
