let me explain to you that i ahh fuck it read my response to sparks. and remember the wii is focused on non gamers and children not very much on hard core gamers and teens also the wii is cheaper than the other systems exeped the xbox 360 arcade but the you need to go out and buy a $50 HDD and HD cables if you want HD and online play.

[..YouTube..] @thatsistheguy Ya but there could be a situation where you want to get a game for Psone to play on your Ps2 because its not on Psn, for example certain japanese titles or Chrono Cross which still isnt on Psn.In that case you dont have much of a choice.

[..YouTube..] @superphilps3 plus memory cards dont have the issues like hard drives have ‘my ps3 loves to slowly corrupt saves and themes for some reason’ im not overly impressed with the cheap hardware quality of the ps3 and 360. they’re both ok game wise but almost nothing original or worth buying the consoles for. you could just play the exact same shooter games on ps2 or gamecube. non rpg single player games on current gen consoles are a joke. hell ps2 still has battlefront/call of duty online i’ve read.

[..YouTube..] @superphilps3 i just cant get into any of the ps3 games anymore . i was into uncharted 1/2 but they eventually got old due to lack of any bonus single player gamemodes or any interesting multiplayer modes. i was also into littlebigplanet for user created maps but due to my hard drive deleting my saves yet again i have not gotten around to doing a few hours of tutorials just to start playing again. playstation seems to have abandoned the series from the ps1 era that made them what they are.

[..YouTube..] @superphilps3 by that i mean them whoring out spyro, firing 989 studios and making that crappy online syphon filter ‘the psp ones are great but there needs to be a full ps3 syphon filter sony refuses’ twisted metal was also forced as a psp only title and only recently got a console sequel. sure theres ps2 ports that does not help gaming on the ps3 due to sony excluding backwards capability with ps2. a kick in the nuts to any longtime ps gamers who like to play older games besides god of war HD.

Owell any ps is bettter then any xbox in my opinion. ill probably buy a ps2 agian and keep my ps3 i like both it dont bother me that ps3 want play ps2. The ps2 is so cheap now i dont care i just wanna play some games. But ya sony and microsoft has been doing some crazy things lately.

[..YouTube..] @superphilps3 problem is that the HD tvs are slowly removing support for older cords so the HDMI ps3 is hurting the ps2′s lifespan by not supporting ps2 BC. sure sony will eventually release the more popular ps2 games as downloads but what happens when all my SD support tv including older hdtvs finally bite the dust and i want to play something besides god of war, sly cooper or gta? i doubt great underrated games such as freestyle metal x would ever make it as a downloadable release.

[..YouTube..] i think the new game systems should have had memory card slots. i remember i we had a blue mega memory card that had so much space on it and different pages where you can put more stuff on it. but we eventually through it away cuzz it wasn’t working properly. then we got a new 1 on ebay and it didn’t work. seems like no memory card bought off of ebay works. they don’t sell mega memory cards anymore cuzz the whole idea was to have people to buy more memory cards cuzz they had a very limited space

[..YouTube..] @ferretlord2177 Actually there is some sort of functionality there. The ps3 has virtual memory blocks which you can create. There is also an accessory you can buy which allows it to read memory blocks from both systems. I have one and its very useful for backups. However I think it screws up psone saves sometimes since psone saves arent measured in kilobytes but in blocks.

[..YouTube..] PS2 can’t use the PS2 memory card because it’s block out in PSX mode(which obviously don’t use PS2 hardware) Stop being an annoying ass for once and use your original memory cards for back ward compatibility
