Card Check Will Cost 600,000 Jobs
http://www.AmericanSolutions.com/FreedomNotFear
According to a recent study by noted economist Dr. Anne Layne-Farrar, for every three workers coerced into joining a union under Card Check, one job will be eliminated.
That means an estimated 600,000 jobs could be lost due to Card Check in the first year alone.

You may wish to more carefully choose your examples, they’re either currently looking for bailouts, considering bankruptcy, based in non-right to work states so all their competition is also unionized, or are one or two competitors away from having a monopoly.
Was it efficiency I experienced when I had to wait two and a half hours for some lazy union electrician to show up to turn off some breakers for the equipment I was working on? Turns out if he had to come back and………..

Under Card Check employees are given a card. They can sign in support of unionization, against unionization, or to have a secret ballot. Card Check does not take away the secret ballot. It gives employees the ability to choose. Elitists like Newt are scared of Card Check because unionization campaigns could take place without managements awareness and intimidation.

and work on the weekend he could get paid double, not that that would have influenced his footspeed in making the same trip that took me 7 minutes to walk. Was it efficiency I experienced at the local brown and williamson plant when the employees were bragging about how they just come in and play poker and surf porn all third shift, and their union rep got paid 6 figures for a 10 hour work week? Funny how that plant got shut down 2 months after being bought, official reason inefficiency.

How much experence do you have with union bosses. This card. you don’t think will have their name work ID or simply be taken by hand in full sight from the person filling it out. There is no secrecy about it. Start living in the real world.

Who said anything about Italians? The phrase “the (nationality) mafia” is a common one. I was running out of characters on that post, so I abbreviated what I had to say, assuming that people would understand what I meant. Since you don’t seem to, just replace with the phrase “organized crime”. Just like union-busting companies, it’s not as common as the stereotype, but it has happened and will again, and it’s just as detrimental to worker’s rights, and it’s something we need to consider.

Until the last few months, job numbers have been rising basically constantly for 20 years. The standard of living has been going up basically constantly for closer to 500. Pay has been fairly stagnant, but it hasn’t gone down.
As for my earlier posts, did you even read them? I specifically said companies intimidating unionizers was a real phenomenon - I’m not trying to deny or minimize it. All I’m saying is that it isn’t the only problem, and that we shouldn’t focus on it exclusively.

Just plain wrong - the legislation gives workers the power to decide whether the ballot will be secret or not. It takes that choice away from management and gives it to the worker. No wonder neo-cons don’t like it.

Note: the Illuminati is run by reptilian entities known throughout history as Djinn, Nagas, Sheti, Angels/Demons, Dragons, Devils, Drucul, Vipers etc. that rule the inner circles of Freemasonry and do foul sex&torture rituals(possession involved) usually with young children. They’ll probably release a bird flu virus via vaccines(or by drones), start WW3 w/China & then a staged alien invasion(2010)w/Draconian saviours! Support FreemanTV, Alex Jones, Dr.Deagle, David Icke & get storable food!

public votes and public votes over public votes shouldn’t be on the table, it’s ridiculous, it serves no purpose other than coercion and bribery
it’s a stupid, pointless, corrupt idea that only goes to compromise workers rights on behalf of one heavy handed organization or another
there’s no need to have a public vote in order to surprise management. you can hold a secret vote just as quickly and easily
anyone who supports public votes is either looking to intimidate people, or is just a tool

How much experience do you have writing sentences? Not much, but to the point, most employees dont care whether their peers know if they are pro or anti union. But say the employee does not want to have his views known; she can simply sign for the secret ballot. And union bosses!? During union campaigns there is not yet a union, let alone bosses. What the hell are you talking about? You dont make grammatical or logical sense.
