Need more information. What platform would it be for? What experience do you have doing any game design?

Some of the commercially available online solitaire games come with a wizard that allows you to make up your own game. The program code for the PySol solitaire game collection is available. However the code is written in Python. You can probably download the source code by googling on PySol. The second edition of the book Visual Basic .Net by Deitel, H. M., et al. has the code for a chess game which could be converted for use as a solitaire game. The source code for FreeCell Pro can also be downloaded from the internet. FreeCell Pro includes the solitaire game called FreeCell. The source code is in the C programming language. You can probably download the source code by googling on FreeCell Pro. You might have your rules posted on the invented games page of http://www.pagat.com and see if you can interest a programmer in your game. Good Luck.
