CES 2010: CoolIT Universal Graphics Card Cooler
Albert speaks with Barry on the CoolIT cooler GPU Universal named OMNI. OMNI is about a 3-part lid, interchangeable plate and cooler. When you want to update a map, you just buy a new interchangeable plate for this specific card and your good to go. No more kits together and buy blocks to adapt to a new card, just swap in the new plate and the circle is unbroken.

120mm single cooled 300 watts on a single GPU as a Accelero XTREME 5970 to cool down to 40c. I was reading this out there page and if this is true I’ll buy one when it comes out, otherwise I would not do anything.

@ I got Lemonaderz 5850 edition overclocked Club3D … and I run it on a 19 “4:3 monitor … works with everything new games above 50-60 FPS, but the old games like FarCry and Crysis which stop at around 30-40 fps (they are meant to be played on Nvidia …)…

@ Uphill248 just check the case, I fear this says nothing about speed DVDrom. if you need a DVD-ROM to load the game on your computer after you run the game from the hard drive (through steam for MW2)

@ Uphill248 If you plan to play on a resolution of 1280 x 1024 (19 “screen 4:3) buy somthing like a 9800GT, HD 4850 4890 5770 GTX260toutes these cards will max any game you can play on this monitor at 60fps .. this could save you around 1000 pounds (rather than buying 2x 5970) If you REALLY want your exaggerated games, go buy a 5850 (+ Eyefinity DX11 compatible)
Comment from Lemonaderz

@ Uphill248 I do not think you need to spend £ 1200 on something you have no idea .. : S1) that you use this monitor (which will determine what card is best for you) 2) memory means nothing if it did, my 1 GB of onboard memory cell would be able to play all the latest games, when in fact it lags on low backgrounds World of Warcraft.également have Crossfire graphics cards do not add memory together, only the GPU will work together (2GB GDDR5 VRAM is enough for anygame)

Thinking of buying this, only problem is that I have to jump out of my diet to about 450w 600w. Kinda boring, but I guess that’s something I should do first.
