What an idiot! Your supposed to wipe off the old goop and put fresh on or the heat won’t transfer. Here I almost gave you a thumbs up for taking vista off your machine. Bet that laptop lasted all of 10 seconds when you turned it on… What a dumb ass!!

I’m no expert, but I know the basics… everytime when you remove graphics card from the laptop, it is highly recommended that you wipe off the original thermal paste and APPLY a new one before putting a old/new graphics card back into the laptop. otherwise, the card may not have a good contact with the heat sink, and the temperature may skyrocket which can potentially damage the card. APPLY THE PASTE MAN

@coccoborg Lol, of course you care about battery life. If it only lasts one second when you get a GTX 480M, well, there’s no point. XD

Fail at taking care with installation and putting in a new product.
This is most definitely NOT how you want to handle a laptop.

2. Position the dumb camera somewehre so you arent such a mess…
