Im trying to play my game The Sims 3 and my computer used to let me. It keeps saying I need a new video card or somthing like that and I do not know what it is. Can you help me please. Or can you tell me what to do because I really want to play my game! “Thank Best answer:

The video card is what you plug your monitor to see anything on the screen. You must have an old with not much memory. Apparently yours is not good enough for this game. The program generally has the minimum requirements listed. Go into the Control Panel Display> to see what you have.>
