I downloaded the Sims 3 and every time I click Play I get a popup saying “the game is not supported on your video card” or something like that. What is a video card? Should I download something to update? If so, where can I go to update? Please help! Best answer:

A video card is basically just the graphics. You can play the sims 3 without supported video card, which must be installed on your computer. You can not update your video card to a different kind, only one higher than the one you have. I bought the sims 3 and it does the same thing, which sucks for my own good is my laptop does not have a video card, so I have to play on my computer moms.
