idk about the “Intel HD” that’s what I need help on. It comes inside a “lenovo G560 notebook”.
specs say their both Integrated Cards.

go with the ati readeon.if you know how remove your graphics card[it usally by the removable slot.i think its by the phone jack]

HD 4200 is just slightly better in benchmark in this link;

The performance difference would hardly be noticeable in actual application.
