You should be able to at long as it is a desktop with a PCI slot.

The Ge Force 7900gs is what is called a pci-express video card. In order to use it, ur machine MUST have a pci-express slot. Having that hurdle cleared, ur processor is fine for that card — next– you need 512mb of ram to make this card run — 1gb will make it be able to “rock” –

Can’t be sure, but whether or not it’ll work has to do with your motherboard, not the CPU. Check for compatibility there.
