I wanted something with more power, while keeping costs down. I mostly use my computer for watching videos and other multimedia tasks. However, since Duke Nukem Forever is coming out soon and Rage, I wanted a better graphics card to be able to play their full potential. I could still play both of these games with my old PNY card, but I thought it was time to upgrade, then what. Anyway, the card works all video and graphics related stuff, I used to date perfectly. The fan on it works very quietly and keeps the card cool. It also takes less space in the tower, since it is a low profile. I guess you can say this card falls into the “mid-range level” for the quality and performance. MSI is a company that makes high-quality quality PC components. I have now owned several different PC components made by them and have not had any problems with them. So if you are bargain hunting for a PC graphics card midrange or PC budget do-it-yourself person, I highly recommend this card.
